You Are Not Tired. You Are Distracted
Most days I say I’m tired. But that’s not the truth.
I’m not tired. I’m distracted.
Worn out from bouncing between screens, noise, low-value tasks, and the constant itch to check *something*.
I confuse mental clutter with exhaustion. But deep down, I know better.
When I cut the noise—even for a few minutes—I remember: I’ve still got fuel in the tank.
The work isn’t killing me. The distractions are.
The phone, the scrolling, the multitasking—none of it builds anything real.
So I turn it off. I sit with the discomfort. And I get back to what matters.
