What did I do today simply because it was the right thing—regardless of outcome?
Today I went out into nature.
Not for steps, not for a photo, not to check off some box—just because it was the right thing to do.
Life presses on me a little less when I’m outside.
The weight shifts.
The noise quiets.
Why would I stay inside when the world is offering me sunlight, clean air, and time with my people? I took it.
No regrets, no excuses.
Just did the right thing.
