What am I Avoiding?
There’s always that one thing.
The task I keep pushing. The conversation I won’t have. The truth I already know but haven’t admitted yet.
Because once I face it, I can’t go back.
I’ll have to act. I’ll have to change.
And change costs comfort.
But growth doesn’t happen in avoidance.
It happens the second I stop running.
So I ask myself—what have I been pretending not to see?
And then I face it.
