The Page Doesn’t Judge
Journaling gives me space from my problems.
It pulls them out of my head and traps them on the page.
When I re-read what I wrote, I see the truth — the problem wasn’t as big as it felt.
The page doesn’t judge me.
It listens without interrupting.
It keeps me from vomiting my problems on the people I love.
It gives me room to think, to breathe, to plan.
“Journaling is a way to ask tough questions: How am I doing? What could I do better? If I am not doing well, why? It’s not for anyone else. It’s for you.” – Ryan Holiday
