The Discipline of Beginning

The hardest part is not the middle of the work—it’s the start. The moment before I begin, resistance is at its strongest. Excuses pile up. Comfort calls my name.

But once I start, the weight lifts. Momentum builds. The task that looked impossible becomes manageable, even simple.

Discipline is not about finishing perfectly. It’s about beginning when I don’t feel like it. It’s about proving to myself that action is always stronger than hesitation.

So I don’t wait for motivation. I begin. And once I begin, I win.
