Put your cellphone down!

Every time I pick up my phone, I hand over a piece of my attention.

A few seconds here. A minute there. It adds up to hours.

And for what? Noise. Distraction. The illusion of being busy.

The phone keeps me comfortable. Numb. Reactive.

But comfort never built anything worth a damn.

So I put it down.

And when I do—I *feel* the silence. The pull to check. The twitch.

But past that itch is clarity. Action. Real work.

The phone doesn’t own me. Not today.
