Go to Bed with a Win
Some days fall apart.
The plan breaks. The rhythm dies. Nothing clicks.
It’s messy. It’s frustrating. It’s tempting to say, “Screw it.”
But I don’t go to bed defeated.
I find a win—*any* win.
A workout. A cold shower. A cleaned kitchen. A journal entry like this one.
Something small that says: I didn’t fold.
I still showed up.
Because stacking wins isn’t about perfection. It’s about momentum.
Especially when it’s hard.
