Fear is the Mind Killer
Fear doesn’t protect me.
It paralyzes me.
It makes me live a thousand deaths before the real one comes.
Fear builds walls inside my head, locking me in a prison of what-ifs and shadows.
But none of those nightmares are real.
When I feel fear, I face it.
I let it wash through me. I let it burn.
And when it passes, only I remain.
Fear doesn’t get the last word. I do.
“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.” – Frank Herbert, Dune
